Leather Expert Leather Filler is used to repair various types of damage on leather in cars, leather furniture, bags, and other leather products. The leather filler remains flexible and soft even after it has dried. Leather filler is used as part of a larger renovation of worn and damaged leather, and areas that have been filled with leather filler should be dyed with leather color afterward.

Here’s how to do it:

• Clean the damaged area thoroughly with leather cleaner and degrease the surface with alcohol cleaner.
• Once the leather is dry, apply the leather filler in thin layers using a spatula or pallet knife. Allow each layer to dry thoroughly before applying the next layer. Use a hairdryer to speed up the drying process.
• If necessary, the filled surface can be sanded with fine sandpaper.
• Once you're satisfied, proceed to dye the leather with leather color. Finish by sealing the dyed surface with a leather finish.
