Viper Polycryl for VW is a vinyl and leather colourant based on a combination of polycarbonate and acrylic, making it incredibly durable and tough. At the same time, it is very flexible and provides a soft and long-lasting finish with a natural feel. Viper PolyCryl is ideal for use on all types of vinyl and faux leather, leather, and hard plastic.

Viper PolyCryl gives a natural appearance to restored products made of leather, vinyl, faux leather, and plastic. The finish is permanent and does not transfer to clothes or other materials that may come into contact with the surface. The colourant also does not come off if it comes into contact with water, which is common in environments such as boat interiors. The surface remains porous after colouring and allows oils and creams to penetrate during treatment.

To further strengthen the finish, you can add 10% of the SafeLink hardener. This is especially recommended for recolouring surfaces that are subjected to extreme use.

Note: Vinyl, faux leather, and plastic are "oily" materials. To ensure the colourant adheres properly to these surfaces, it is very important to follow the instructions and clean and prepare thoroughly with vinyl prep before colouring; otherwise, there is a high risk that the colourant will peel off. Although leather does not have the same oily surface as vinyl/plastic, it is still important to clean and prep these surfaces as well. Therefore, we recommend Viper's colouring kit for VW, which contains everything needed to achieve a beautiful and durable colouring of both leather and vinyl/faux leather.
