Price

All prices include 25% VAT. Shipping costs are weight-based and added at checkout.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over SEK 1,000. If this amount is not reached, a weight-based shipping fee applies – the higher the total package weight, the higher the shipping cost.
We use PostNord for our deliveries. For smaller parcels that fit in a mailbox, MyPac Small can be selected. For larger parcels, MyPac Collect applies, with delivery to a service point or parcel locker.
Business customers may choose business shipping with delivery directly to the company address.

Purchase

A purchase agreement is concluded only once we have confirmed your order by sending an order confirmation via email. The order confirmation is generated automatically by our system without manual review.
In the event of errors such as incorrect pricing, delivery times, or out-of-stock items, we reserve the right to correct such information retroactively.

We do not enter into agreements with minors (under 18 years of age) without parental or guardian consent.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, you as a customer have the right to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the goods. The product must be in essentially unchanged condition, meaning unused and not damaged or destroyed.
Refunds are issued within 30 days after we have received notice of withdrawal. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Complaints

In accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to file a complaint within three years from the date you received the product. In the event of a valid complaint, Läderspecialisten covers the shipping costs.
Refunds are made no later than 30 days from the date we receive notification that the customer has returned the complained product.

The complaint process is as follows:

– We will first attempt to repair or remedy the defect
– If this is not possible, the customer will receive an equivalent replacement product
– If no equivalent product is available, the value of the complained product will be refunded

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden.

Payment

We cooperate with Klarna and accept invoice payments via Klarna, as well as Visa, MasterCard, and direct bank payments (Handelsbanken, SEB, Nordea) through Klarna Checkout.
Your receipt will state that payment has been made to Inge AB, which is the receiving party for purchases made in the webshop.

In addition to the above payment methods, payment via Swish is also available. This payment method is not processed through Klarna Checkout.

We comply with the Distance Selling Act. No additional card fees apply, and no amount greater than what you have approved will ever be charged.

Returns

If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 14 days from the date you received the product. The product must be returned in the same condition as when received. Please ensure that the item is properly packaged.

Please include a copy of the receipt or delivery note with the returned product. Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued promptly to your account.

Uncollected Parcels

Parcels sent to a carrier’s service point (PostNord, DHL, Schenker) that are not collected in time will be returned to us.
If the customer requests reshipment, an additional shipping fee will be charged.
If the customer chooses to cancel the order, the original shipping cost will not be refunded and a handling fee of SEK 100 will be charged.

Warranty

All products are covered by the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, which provides a three-year right to file complaints. This means you may report defects that occur within three years of purchase (excluding normal wear and tear).
Defects must be reported within a reasonable time. If you receive a faulty product or if something is missing, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Processing of Personal Data When Shopping in Our Webshop

When shopping at www.laderspecialisten.se, you may choose to shop as a registered customer or as a guest without logging in. By completing a purchase, you accept our Terms and Conditions.

Ordering without an account

To place an order, we require your name and email address (to which all order-related information will be sent), as well as your address for delivery.

Ordering while logged into your Läderspecialisten account

If you are logged into your account, your contact details will be retrieved from our customer database. Your purchase will be registered to your account and will be visible in your order history.
You may log in at the top of the homepage or directly at checkout.

Payment (Invoice)

When paying by invoice, we require your personal identification number so that our invoice partner Klarna can perform a credit check. A delivery note is printed in our warehouse during order packing, after which all invoice handling is managed by Klarna.
Card payments are also processed via Klarna. In connection with your order, funds will be withdrawn from your account, and Klarna will communicate with your bank regarding the transaction.

When paying with Swish, the payment is processed directly through your bank without passing through Klarna.

Delivery

To ship your order, we require your name, address, email address, and mobile phone number for SMS delivery notifications. This information is shared with our shipping partners, currently PostNord and Schenker.
Delivery notifications are sent by the respective carrier.

Analytics Tools and Cookies

We use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to improve and develop our webshop. This work is based in part on statistical data about user behavior on Läderspecialisten.se.

We use cookies to determine who visits our webshop and to generate demographic and user-related statistics. This allows us to tailor content to our customers’ interests.
If you do not wish to accept cookies, you can block all cookies, delete existing cookies from your device, or configure your device to warn you before cookies are stored.

How Long Are Personal Data Stored?

Personal data collected in connection with your order and delivery are stored for 36 months from the date of delivery. This corresponds to the period during which you are entitled to file complaints under Swedish law.
After this period, only transaction-related data will be retained for a total of seven years, in accordance with the Swedish Accounting Act.
