FAQ - COMMON QUESTIONS

Here we answer the most common questions for Läderspecialisten. If you don't find the answer to your question below, please send us an email, and we will do our best to help you.

Questions about the webshop:

  • How can I contact you? Send an email to info@laderspecialisten.se; we will respond as soon as we can, usually within 24 hours on weekdays, though it may take a bit longer on weekends. 
  • I have ordered items from you that I haven't used; can I return them? Yes, you can. Please send returns to: Läderspecialisten, Stillmansgatan 9, 212 25 Malmö, Sweden. As soon as we receive the return, we will credit your payment using the same method you used for payment.
  • How quickly can I receive my order? Almost every product in our webshop is in stock (except sold-out products and certain items shipped directly from the supplier, known as dropshipping). This means we ship the same day the order is received, or the next day if the order comes in the afternoon or evening. We use DHL for our deliveries outside Sweden. Usually, it takes 2-5  days for your order to arrive to a DHL pickup point or parcel box.
  • I see that you use Klarna as a payment method, but I don't want to pay by invoice. What alternatives are available?? We use Klarna Checkout, which means invoice payment is the default option, and Klarna also handles card payments and direct bank payments. When you click "Complete Purchase" at checkout, a page will appear with a green checkmark saying "Thank you for your purchase!" At the bottom of this page, it says "Do you want to change the payment method?" Click the link there, and a page will appear where you can choose card payment.
