Leather Colourant | Leather Expert | 50 ml

Leather Colourant from Leather Expert is a leather dye specially designed to enhance or recolour all types of leather, except suede and nubuck. The dye is highly durable while remaining flexible, providing a soft surface with a natural leather feel. The leather dye is available in a wide range of shades but can also be mixed to create custom colors.

Leather Colourant is used for restoring various types of leather in cars, on leather furniture, handbags, and all other types of leather products. The leather dye can also be used on natural leather and faux leather. For use on faux leather, a primer must first be applied.

Do not use the leather dye on suede or nubuck.

How to use:

• Ensure the leather is thoroughly cleaned with a leather cleaner.
• Remove the old finish with Leather Preparer.
• Use Leather Alcohol Cleaner to degrease the surface and remove any remaining dissolved paint. Leather prepared in this way provides optimal adhesion for the leather dye.
• Shake the bottle of Leather Colourant well before use. Apply thin layers with a sponge or spray until you are satisfied. Allow each layer to dry thoroughly.
• Similarly, apply a few layers of Leather Top Coat. The top coat seals the color and provides a smooth and soft surface finish.
• Let the leather dry properly for at least 5 days before applying any other treatment.
