Leather & Vinyl Colourant | Large Kit for Colouring Leather, Vinyl, and Faux Leather | Viper Products
Our large kit for colouring Leather, Vinyl, and Faux Leather consists of products from Viper Products and includes everything needed for durable and attractive colouring of surfaces made from leather, vinyl, faux leather, plastic, and other similar materials. The kit is suitable for touch-ups and full-colour changes for boat interiors, furniture, car interiors, bags, etc., made from leather, faux leather, and vinyl. The large kit is estimated to cover approximately 10 square meters.
The colour is based on a combination of polycarbonate and acrylic, PolyCryl, which is highly durable and resistant while also being very flexible, providing a soft and long-lasting finish with a natural feel. The advantage of Viper PolyCryl is its exceptional adhesion to vinyl, faux leather, and hard plastic, along with incredible wear resistance.
Viper PolyCryl gives a natural look to restored products made of leather, vinyl, faux leather, and plastic. The finish is permanent and will not transfer onto clothing or other materials that may come into contact with the surface. The colour also does not wash out if it comes into contact with water, which is common in environments like boat interiors. The surface remains porous after colouring, allowing oils and creams to be absorbed during treatment.
To further enhance the finish, add approximately 10% of the hardener SafeLink. This is especially useful for re-colouring surfaces subjected to extreme use.
Note! Vinyl, faux leather, and plastic are "oily" materials. For the vinyl colour to adhere properly, it is crucial to follow the instructions and thoroughly clean and prepare the surface before colouring; otherwise, there is a high risk of the colour peeling or flaking off.
