Our Medium Kit for Leather Colouring for Car Interiors includes leather colour and accessories needed to dye or enhance a smaller leather area, such as a car seat or steering wheel. The kit consists of the essential products from Furniture Clinic required for a professional finish: cleaner, prep, leather colour, and finish. The shades of leather colour available for quick delivery are listed in our stock. For colour charts, please visit the specific car brand's colour page.

The kit is designed to address smaller damage and covers approximately 2 square meters.

Note: If you need a colour not listed in the dropdown menu above, we do not have it in stock and it is not available in quantities smaller than 250 ml.

• 100 ml Ultra Clean Leather Cleaner

Instructions:

1. Clean the leather thoroughly with Ultra Clean Leather Cleaner.
2. Remove as much of the old finish as possible using Leather Prep.
3. Wipe the leather with Alcohol Cleaner to remove any loose colour residues, old grease, and wax. This ensures the new leather colour penetrates and adheres properly, providing a solid base.
4. Apply the first coat of leather colour with a sponge. For a smoother finish, you can spray additional coats using an airbrush (not necessary, multiple sponge layers work too). Note that the colour will appear slightly darker once dry.
5. Seal the work with Leather Finish (available in Gloss, Semi-Gloss, Matt, Satin, and Semi-Matt). The finish provides a protective and durable surface, making the leather soft and smooth while giving it the desired gloss. The leather colour itself is glossy, and without the finish, the surface might feel a bit rough.
6. For extra durability on high-wear areas, you can add Cross Linker Eco to the finish.

Once completed, the surface will be so resilient that it is difficult to scratch the leather.

Unsure about the right shade of leather colour? We are happy to assist with colour matching. We need a small sample of the leather (approx. 2x2 cm) in the desired colour (often found and cut from the underside of a sofa, for example). Send the colour sample in an envelope to us and notify us by email. The cost for leather colour matching is 80 SEK.
